I'm a Production Performance Manager

I spend part of my day analysing performance from quality to delivery of our sites, can forming, blending and packing, finding new ways to improve and innovate. My team and I work to bring best practices alive ensuring the food safety of our product!

I’m an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in industrial chemistry and food and drink production. Danone has a strong, continuous improvement background in some parts of Europe, but it hasn't completely reached Oceania. So, that's how I think I'm making an impact, by bringing in my previous experience and trying new things, to improve performance and quality.

Recognising potential

In my previous quality assurance role here, I was asked to take over another project for one of the managers. This was a project requiring global coordination, it certainly wasn’t a QA role! But Danone trusted me to do the job and I had support from management. It tested my limits, but the fact that someone else trusted me to succeed made me realise I could handle it. Danone sees the potential in its people, and they make opportunities happen for us.
