We support their ambitions, whether that be to develop their skills, explore different functions, or to experience Danone across the Benelux or overseas. Every Danoner can design their own career growth path, and, with many roles filled by internal candidates, they’ve got every opportunity to make things happen.

Development of Danoners is key to our success. Each year, Danoners have a Development Conversation with their manager to discuss their ambitions and decide on the next steps of their journey. Training support via our Internal Academy, Campus events, mentoring, coaching, on the job development opportunities and online resources all add up to an amazing level of support to build a great career.

Learn in the way that suits you best

Via 3 learning systems, we provide digital learning for all our Danoners. CampusX is a digital library of e-learnings, videos, digital books, articles, and more. Goodhabitz delivers short courses to help with soft skills and software training. And for in-depth learning, Coursera offers courses from world leading universities. And every Danoner can sign up for as many courses as they wish!

Building brilliant factory teams

The teams in our factories do amazing work, and we support their development via e-learning, classroom training, external training, and workplace education. All of this is created specifically for the factory, in the local language. Mentors are on-hand to offer support for workplace education, and a dedicated app offers ‘how-to’ videos to help get to grips with new procedures or machinery.
