Taking positive action for all Danoners

We’re always looking for ways to be more inclusive. It’s why we signed up to Workplace Pride in 2020 to better support LGTBI Danoners; it’s why our Global Parental Policy supports parents in their individual choices during their child’s first 1000 days; and it’s why we’re a Gold partner of the Lead Network, to improve gender diversity at all levels of our business. 



Listening to our people

We know that the best way to improve our diversity and inclusion is to get Danoners of all backgrounds and experiences to help shape our policies and activities. Our Inclusive Diversity Champions are organised into six workgroups, contributing to our agenda on gender equality and LGBTI inclusion, creating networking opportunities for young professionals, and driving inclusive behaviors.




Making connections beyond the workplace

 

Danoners love getting together to have fun and make memories! Our Danoners World Cup unites colleagues from over 60 countries to enjoy some football. There’s always a Danone team at the iconic Dam tot Damloop running event in Amsterdam. At holiday season our locations enjoy inclusive Sinterklaas and Christmas fun, and twice a year the Danone Campus is a great week of networking and learning.

Caring for our Danoners

Our vision is One Planet. One Health. To deliver One Health, we must begin with our Danoners. We structurally manage health and wellbeing programs in order to create a healthy working environment. Multiple initiatives promote a healthy lifestyle and ways of working, targeting physical health, mental health, wellbeing, resilience, and even sleep, helping us all make small changes every day.
