The role is responsible for developing and managing designated geographical areas & hospitals to maximize the penetration and growth of Nutricia Adult Nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Key Accounts at hospital level, including KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement.
• Aligning stakeholders within hospital networks & building awareness on Specialized Nutrition.
• Engage and detail HCPs & other stakeholders using appropriate scientific and commercial argumentation.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and strong understanding of the hospital dynamics.
• Develop, analyse, and follow up on business plans for assigned areas & hospitals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Record and report call visits, ensuring follow-up according to agreed frequency.
• Ensure all activities comply with business ethics and company standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a hospital environment. Previous experience in Specialized Nutrition is an asset.
• University degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business-related field.
• Strong customer-centric selling and influencing skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret scientific terminology and studies.

Knowledge & skills

• Results-driven with high initiative and autonomy.
• Strong team player with facilitation skills.
• Problem-solving ability and agility in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English; proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
