As a Sustainability Intern at Danone Global Specialized Nutrition, you will have the chance to join an agile team driving sustainability transformation across the organization, dig into market dynamics and competitive intelligence, animate internal communication plans, works with business teams to embed sustainability in their strategy, and help the team on the day-to-day missions, interacting with many cross-functional teams within the company.
You will be part of the Sustainability team, a small and lean team connected to all the functions of the organization. You will be supervised and report to the Sustainability Transformation Director of the Specialized Nutrition Unit of Danone. You will interact with different departments and gain experience at a global scope in a multicultural company.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Participate in the development of Danone Specialized Nutrition sustainability strategies through scouting of information, data consolidation, context understanding, competitors’ tracking
Build and animate an internal communication plan, consisting of a quarterly newsletter, on -site events, upskilling programs, everyday engagement plan,… to spread Danone SN initiatives and actions across the organization
Support internal marketing and sales teams in embedding sustainability into their action plans
Monitor sustainability insights, benchmarks and initiatives to translate them into actionable opportunities
We are looking for a Master student in Business or another equivalent field with a good understanding of business dynamics and a strong interest in Sustainability and Environmental Science, passionate about making business a force for good in the biggest B Corp™ of the world!
You have strong communication skills, at ease with data and project management, you are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint and your English is fluent (verbal and written). You are not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and you are perfectly able to work in autonomy. You are curious, adaptable, reactive, your professionalism is well known. You can also demonstrate your organizational and detail-orientation skills. Some creativity added to rigor is a plus.
