Hello, I’m Maxime

I’m a Learning and Development Manager

I made a great decision when I chose to work in learning and development at Danone! It’s challenging, but I get to collaborate with people all across the company, and that helps me develop as well.

My journey so far
  • Danoner since 2013
  • Junior HRBP
  • Learning & Development Manager

Part of something big

Learning and development as part of Business Services was a new department when I joined Danone. Being able to have such a big opportunity to help set up a new function doesn’t come along very often. In building up the function I’ve been able to have a positive impact on the development of learning opportunities for people to grow and empower them to be key actors to our mission to look after the planet in the way we do busines. Our One planet. One health vision is very important to me.

I can be myself at Danone!

Diversity and respect

At Danone you can just be yourself, we’re all unique. It’s a place for discovering new things, to meet new people from other cultures, where you are treated with respect and treat others the same way.

A wide variety of opportunities

It’s a real advantage of being a Danoner to be able to get involved into some things that go beyond your role. I’m currently involved in a voluntary cross-functional working group called HeForShe that aims at developing gender equity at work and I’ve been involved in safety and wellbeing projects in the past. I love networking, so for me, it's definitely a great opportunity to be able to do these kinds of activities.

There’s great feedback and support.

An intrapreneurial and collaborative mindset

There’s a great feedback culture here, and a growth mindset. If you have an idea you can talk it through with your colleagues, get their support, and go for it. The variety of opportunities is very broad in comparison with other organisations.

Maxime is looking for energetic and entrepreneurial people to join Danone. Sounds like you.
