I'm so proud of our parental policy in Italy. It's attracted people to join us but it’s also changing society.

The Danone birth rate is now higher than the country as a whole! So we're working with the government to help them make parental policy changes.

I work with 200 passionate D&I champions globally. A local initiative can have a global impact. HeForShe movement started in Danone Indonesia. It was then translated into a global partnership and commitment with the UN Women.

My job was new to the business, so I had the opportunity to design my role and shape my job. I’ve made it my mission to help Danone become one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world.

It feels like anything is possible.

It’s a fast pace, people move around and grow with the company.

Some may find this challenging - but I love the opportunities it offers. It means you can travel, create your own path and have a real impact inside and outside of Danone.
