The Global IT D2D department is looking for/recruits an Application Owner Direct Source to Pay.

The IT & Data Design to Delivery (D2D) team is part of the global IT & Data function at Danone, with the purpose “We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data” we support Danone to achieve its 2030 goals around One Planet One Health.

IT & Data has set an ambitious vision, for technology and data to be declared strategic differentiators of Danone by 2025, powered by an agile IT & Data organization.

We are looking for an Application Owner – IT Direct Procurement, the position is based in Warsaw, Poland.

You will join a dynamic team of 20+ members who contribute to the transformation of business processes and the organization. Within this team, you will be involved in many kinds of missions’ process optimization and harmonization, study, project, deployment of Danone IT&Data Standard, stabilization, support, extension of CORE model, business case support.

We are constantly increasing our perimeter deploying new companies and improving our existing tools and methodology.

You will have the following responsibilities

Within the scope of direct procurement (contracting and pricing, PR 2 PO, forecasts, GR, supplier collaboration)

• As an SME, design and implement enhancements and improvements based on the business requirements gathered,
• Be a guardian to core direct procurement processes,
• Run (as a PM/Scrum Master) and participate in IT waterfall and agile projects/programs
• Manage the relationship with global business stakeholders and external service providers
• Act as Level 3 indirectly supervising support teams and help regional hubs in direct procurement projects and initiatives
• Provide IT Governance for SAP ECC and BTP (purchasing) and non-SAP application changes (E.g.: OneSource)
• Manage project and application budgets (E.g. Cost Models…), 3rd party invoices and own 3rd party contracts and SOWs

• At least 3 years of experience around the purchasing area (sourcing, spend/savings management, contracting, MRP, PR2PO, GRs, invoicing, SRM) and in translating business requirements into IT action plan and solutions
• Proven experience with SAP MM (ECC) including configuration and specification for ABAP changes, with exposure to FI-CO and SD modules and integration (EDI, API)
• Exposure to supply chain and intercompany processes (nice to have)
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and non-SAP Procurement applications and technologies
• Understanding of procurement business processes, KPIs and analytics (PowerBI)
• Experienced in waterfall and agile project methodology, animation of issue list, formalization of your work.
• Familiar with project methodology, animation of issue list, formalization of your work.
• Leadership in transversal situations, non-hierarchical management skills, customer oriented, team spirit
• Facilitating business stakeholders and requirements
• Knowledge of extracting and manipulating data (PowerBI etc)
• Fluent in English, French desirable and ability to work in international environment
• Determined, pragmatic, good listener, can-do attitude
• You have a proactive and collaborative mindset.
