About the job



The Administration Coordinator provides valuable support to our team members working across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to provide administrative support, coordinate the tools of the trade required for ouor team members as well as being responsible for a financial budget. 


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 


  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to support the planning of various internal and external events
  • Responsible for the "tools of the trade" for our field based teams including coordination of samples, management of fleet vehicle hires, product information materials and required technology
  • Support internal hiring managers with the onboarding of new starters including coordination of working with childrens checks, documentation management and providing the relevant tools of the trade
  • Stakeholder management, collaborating with different internal teams to provide required support as well as external stakeholders such as car leasing companies, regional storage providers and agencies relating to samples
  • Oversee a financial budget, monitoring spend and taking ownership of PO generation for our external vendors 

About you



To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator and possess the ability to prioritise a varied workload. You wll be able to develop strong working relationships and use your high attention to detail to provide accurate support and outcomes to the business with a large focus on our remote colleagues. 


Ideally you will have: 


  • 2+ years experience working within an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience working within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries is desired however not essential 
  • Effective relationship building skills
  • A strong multi tasker with experience working with a number of conflicting priorities 
  • Able to work with initiative, consistently looking at improving the way we work
