Key Responsibilities

  • Support key projects and activities in line with the Annual Plan to protect and grow the Adult Tube  category, as agreed with line manager.
  • Ensure all key projects and activities are delivered in line with company values and behaviours
  • Support the team in collating and disseminating key information from the market, including relevant competitor and customer information (healthcare professionals, payers, patients), to help identify actionable insights to protect and grow the Adult category.
  • Assisting in the identification and assessment of new opportunities for category and brand growth (brand positioning, products, services, channels) and the development of launch plans
  • Help implement key elements of the Multi-Channel Marketing plan by target audience, including supporting content for digital, print and face to face selling, as well as supporting the organisation of key events and sponsorship. Communicate with agencies and other external agencies incl NGOs as required.
  • Provide support to the team in ensuring good management of projects, including but not restricted to A&P and purchase order management, regulatory approval, KPI tracking etc.
  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional working within GB and across the region, with Medical, Solutions, Regulatory and the Centres of Excellence in Digital, S&I, and Solutions Excellence as required.
  • Take responsibility for own personal development plan, across Marketing competencies and CODES leadership skills.

  • Building good relationship with x-functional teams sometimes across different geographies to ensure alignment on strategy and tactics
  • Understanding and identifying actionable insights
  • Developing activities that influence behavour and connect with stakeholders in uncertain and changing regulatory environments and the digital age
  • Tight financial management of key projects and adhering to tight regulatory framework
  • Developing own competencies to increase brand management experience

About you

-    Ability to liaise cross-functionally with key departments and gain stakeholder buy-in to plans
-    Some understanding of how NHS system works in primary and secondary care.
-    Demonstrated analytic and financial management skills
-    Ability to demonstrate project management skills
-    Good communication skills (written/verbal) - clear and persuasive
-    Collaborative working style with ability to seek win-win situations
-    Strong focus on personal development
