About the Job:
Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst, based in Broomfield, CO..

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Lead reformulation project savings reporting during close & forecast, including variance analysis
• Develop cost models to quantify savings from reformulation projects, working closely with Project Managers and Procurement
• Serve as finance lead for new material set up in Orsoft process
• Support the annual budget process through material set up, volume reconciliations, bill of material & price validations, reporting, and presentations to leadership
• Create a forecasting tool and process for rebates
• Develop expertise in various reporting systems, including Tagetik, SAP & Microstrategy
• Perform reconciliations between different systems of reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Provide financial analysis on an ad hoc basis for Procurement team
• Continuously work to streamline and automate processes

 

 

About you

About You:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience required. CPG experience highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required. Experience with SAP
• Strong financial modeling skills required
• Understanding of procurement processes a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a cross-functional matrix organization
• High intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning
• Results-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
