Danone EDPI (Essential Dairy & Plant-based International) is the biggest business unit in the company and the biggest fresh dairy business unit in the world. Now, the Activia Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a Global Junior Brand Manager to join us together to accelerate the brand growth from October 4th 2021 for a 6 month fixed-term contract. Job location is in Paris 9th.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSABILITIES
Manage and support marketing equity projects related to the brand equity strategy & implementation within the Activia Global Equity Team (direct report is Global Senior Brand Manager) with 3 key responsibilities:
> Collaborate actively to the equity strategy, with the main goal to craft the Manifesto Brand Model and Purpose of the brand and participate in its diffusion with the brand community;
> Recommend how to activate our brand purpose through Manifest-actions;
> Keep the pulse on the gut health trends, throught the analysis of consumer insights, market trends, competitors benchmarks.
You will touch all the strategic perspectives of international brand equity management. This means you'll be in close contact with the local brand managers of Activia from all over the world, but also many external and internal stakeholders.
>In the morning you might be brainstorming with our communication agency on how to ignite the growth by shaping our brand purpose and Manifest-actions. In the afternoon, you could be presenting our strategic thinking to our Brand Directors or Brand managers worldwide to embark them on our journey.
>You will learn how to navigate projects within a huge brand under a complex yet international context.
>You must want to root your feet on the ground as much as you want to reach your hands to the sky as your work will be as executional as possible yet as strategic as possible the same time.

Bac +4/5 of higher education from an engineering, business or university background.
You should have strong passion for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/ FMCG) and brand management.

• Analytical skills and strategic thinking with complex & noisy information
• Organizational skills, able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
• Autonomy, able to work independently and drive the project progress
• Ability to work and build relationships with a crowd of high diversity
• At ease to work in an international environment
• MS office (advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point)
• CPG experience preferred
• English fluent is required and other language(s) is a plus
• High interest in food and brand purpose is a plus
