Mission:

The Customer Solutions Analyst is accountable for the overall performance of the supply chain in partnership with Danone Canada sales team. They develop the growth of the turnover by the increase of availability on shelf and freshness. They set up the winning conditions for a partnership long term. They are also driving some critical productivity projects to keep Danone Supply Chain on top of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies.

 

More specifically:

  1.  Develop the superiority on shelf (availability, freshness)
    • Put in place the conditions to follow and improve availability in linear while optimizing costs.
    • Ensure the improvement of short-term forecasting by sharing data and driving your customer.
  2.  Accelerate growth through customer collaboration.
    • Develop an internal and external win-win collaboration
    • Optimize supply chain costs in collaboration with the sales and the customer team.

 

Main Responsibilities :

    • Coordinate, lead and adapt all the ordering and supply processes to guarantee a maximum level of service in line with the expectations of the customers and the organization.
    • Be the leader and single point of contact between your customer and Danone internal team.
    • Drive productivity and environmental projects related to your customer and to others transversal projects as e-commerce account management.
    • Spread Danone’s values, impact your contacts and growth your ideas to develop Danone, yourself, and the planet we want to protect.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and/or sales
  • Professional experience in a consumer goods company
  • English speaking (French speaking is an asset)
  • Leadership and cross-functional influence
  • Strong in Excel
  • Effective communication and negotiating capacity
