About the Job:
Mission and Main Responsibilities
The Industrial Planning Director is responsible for the capacity planning process for Danone North America in addition to the facilitation of the product life-cycle management (PLM) process. This role is responsible for supporting the team in effective cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration to create a robust plan to deliver the required capacity to support fill rate targets, cost targets and growth/innovation plans. This role provides decision support and guidance to senior leadership to ensure the best possible sourcing solutions along with the most optimum capacity and minimal loss scenarios. In addition, this role drives the continuous improvement of North America’s PLM process and governance.
The base compensation range for this position is $127,000-190,000.
