We are recruiting for a HR Graduate position in our Human Resources department. This is an eighteen-month, fixed-term contract role. If you have a qualification in a HR-related discipline and have exceptional organisational and communication skills this may be the opportunity for you. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in Human Resources in a fast-paced, multi-national organisation.


Outline of the Role:


  • Scheduling and coordinating central training requirements across the factory.
  • Training administration including calendar management, maintaining training records and updating LMS.
  • Ensuring training records are always audit ready.
  • Identifying training requirements in conjunction with HRBPs for respective departments.
  • Liaising with training suppliers.
  • Issuing course evaluations and collating feedback on course effectiveness.
  • Management of LMS – including content management and reporting.
  • Creation of weekly and quarterly Factory Newsletters.
  • Management of Communication Screens on site – content creation, ensuring content is up-to-date and refreshed in timely manner.
  • Providing HR administration support as required.


About you

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Relevant qualification to certificate or degree level in a HR or related discipline.
  • Proven work experience within a HR or Payroll environment.
  • Experience with HR or training software, e.g. COREHR, SuccessFactors, Dulann, etc.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications in particular) and ability to learn new softwares.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
