The IT & Data function at Danone is undergoing an exciting transformation to become a strategic differentiator of Danone by 2025, powered by an agile IT & Data organization. The purpose of the function is to "Inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data", contributing to the sustainable growth of Danone.

The global HR team supports the IT & Data function worldwide in this ambitious mission, with a full people agenda which covers core HR topics topics around talent, transformation, culture etc. As an HR intern, you will have the chance to play an independent role in supporting various initiatives around these topics, while becoming a valuable part of our international team.

 

In this role you will work with the Global HR Director and Global Talent Manager, supporting ongoing and new HR projects through all its phases and independently coordinating a set of ongoing activities, such as:

  • Preparing topics & coordinating the agenda of global HR meetings, liaising with global/local HR teams
  • Coordinating communication & follow up with partnering HR teams
  • Reporting and ensuring data quality for the projects you are involved in
  • HR Roadmap support (e.g., talent review, performance calibration)
  • Support with the engagement survey preparation, deployment, and analysis

 

• Supporting the IT & Data Transformation team

 

  • Prepare project-related reports and analysis required by the team project lead
  • Maintain a database of accurate information on relevant platforms for each project scope (e.g. Orgvue)
  • Prepare, update, and consolidate job descriptions/orgcharts/documents that are required along the different stages of the project
  • Liaise and work with functional leaders as necessary for inputs collection
  • Participate in the team squad (as developer) for Transformation team and work on the timely delivery of assigned user stories
  • Working Agile (initially SCRUM) in a cross functional team, with a 2-week sprints length
  • Nourish and build the product backlog (using Jira)
  • Mainly responsible for people related topics within the team, but involved as well on non-HR activities such as communication or community management
  • Identify and involve key subject matter experts (SME) on given topics
  • Promote Agile ways of working within the organization. Update, share, constantly improve and challenge the service offering proposed by the team

You are an energetic and enthusiastic person who is curious and eager to explore the working life at Danone. You are a natural networker, able to develop relationships within a international and diverse environment. Working Agile is something that you are familiar with and you have a continuous improvement mindset. You possess an analytical mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to deliver excellence throughout your work.

  • you are studying in Master in related field
  • you have Excel and Powerpoint intermediary/advanced skills
  • you have a proficient level of English
