Job Function

The Transformation Strategy & Architecture Manager, reports directly to the Business Transformation Director/Head. The primary responsibilities include work collaboratively implementing business transformation strategies, redesigning, redeploying, and includes implement communication plans that maximize employee adoption while minimize resistance to change. In implementing the projects and change plan, the incumbent fluently use the Danone project and change flow processes. This individual will focus on the long term business objective attainment, while balancing the people side of the change. Upon closure of the project incumbent do measuring the analytics of the behaviors necessary to adopt changes within both Danone Water or Special Nutrition organization. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes

Role and Accountabilities:
Provide people data analysis, impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Exhibit expertise in organizational change management and organizational design, as well as having passion to drive Transformation program and supporting initiatives. Work collaboratively with the multiple teams, global and local. Support organizational design toward efficient, effective operations monitoring, management and supporting technology processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and orchestrate overall transformation approach and architecture to facilitate the implementation of local business unit/ regional (country)/ global initiatives for positive business impact
  • Interpret changes in business strategy/ objectives and propose organization design architecture (design principles, structure model, people & capability gap analysis) to ensure alignment and enablement of business growth
  • Assess scope of the operational changes that will occur within the transformation program
  • Identify all stakeholders who will be affected by the change
  • Understand the impact of these changes on each stakeholder group and proactively identify the potential risks proposing the necessary mitigation.
  • Work closely with other functions/ departments in transformation project ideation, inception, and execution; including managing multiple stakeholders locally and externally, and ensuring change ownership and on-time on-budget project delivery.
  • Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring transformation projects; including managing multiple stakeholders locally and externally and ensuring change ownership and on-time on-budget project delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional cooperation – manage stakeholders and interdependencies; pull in and work with relevant local business unit/ regional/ global stakeholders as required.
  • Perform and provide regular advice on job evaluation (job grading) process across all functions in the organization
  • Change & Communication: support in the design and deployment of change management, engagement and communication plan.


About you

  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience handling tasks related to HR Strategy & Transformation/ Organization Design/ Change Management and/ or in management or HR consulting
  • Have good strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Possess excellent stakeholders management & project management skills
  • Have strong interpersonal and clear communication skills
  • Able to work independently to manage multiple projects and comfortable working with deadlines
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry and/ or HR operational processes is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written

Any data analytics, change management and/ or management consulting background will be an advantage.
