The Transformation Strategy & Architecture Manager, reports directly to the Business Transformation Director/Head. The primary responsibilities include work collaboratively implementing business transformation strategies, redesigning, redeploying, and includes implement communication plans that maximize employee adoption while minimize resistance to change. In implementing the projects and change plan, the incumbent fluently use the Danone project and change flow processes. This individual will focus on the long term business objective attainment, while balancing the people side of the change. Upon closure of the project incumbent do measuring the analytics of the behaviors necessary to adopt changes within both Danone Water or Special Nutrition organization. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
Role and Accountabilities:
Provide people data analysis, impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Exhibit expertise in organizational change management and organizational design, as well as having passion to drive Transformation program and supporting initiatives. Work collaboratively with the multiple teams, global and local. Support organizational design toward efficient, effective operations monitoring, management and supporting technology processes.
Any data analytics, change management and/ or management consulting background will be an advantage.
