About the job

As an IBS Global HRBP in our new Integrated Business Services Team you will take part of newly created Danone organization focusing on creating standardized and comprehensive solutions and services to improve the employee, customer and supplier experience. Your role will be co-build HR solutions needed for such organization together with the network of HR teams in 16 geographies. As an IBS Global HRBP  you will be supporting our global team and also the regional HRBP’s.

In the range of your responsibility will be:

  • Providing effective support for IBS new organization, adapt and deploy the relevant HR policies building on the Danone HR policies and frames.
  • Supporting the global IBS team in all HR activities in close collaborationon with local IBS HRBP and HR BU teams.
  • Establishing strong working relationship and Lead the Community of IBS HRBPs in all zones/regions.
  • Defining the areas for improvement and alignment regarding organization standards and  structure.
  • Highlighting and escalates issues with strategic to appropriate parties.
  • Dealing with changing business requirements and challenging situations in a positive and productive manner.

 

About you

To succeed in that role we believe you need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and data as well as the proven track of experience (5+ years) in effective partnering with a range of stakeholders/business partners.
  • Solid understanding of how HR adds value to the business and service-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in Business facing roles in international environment.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to diagnose business needs (Leadership / Team management) and offer possible alternative solution.
  • Understanding of policy intent with knowledge of when exceptions should be applicable.
  • Skills in having effective contracting conversations, with the ability to manage expectations and bring a constructive challenge.

  • Being a first point of contact for local HR Business Partners.
  • Implementing initiatives increasing engagement and work satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
