You will be part of the Topline Data and Analytics IT team at one of our global offices located in Hoofddorp. As the Content and Communication Analyst Intern, you will be closely working transversely across the Topline pillars in which strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills together with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels and learning about data is something that will come back to you every day.


Your main mission will be to ensure proactive communications on our business impacts and achievements through the creation of content and you must bring your ideas to the table. You will be interacting with key data experts and can hone your data skills during your journey. 


Your Main Tasks:


• Working closely with our Product Managers to develop a strategic content program

• Story-mining and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure a regular drumbeat of content

• Ensuring up-to-date presentation decks are available for our team. Create best in class storyline and content.

• Create a communication plan and ensure that all communications shared are line with the Topline team strategy.

• Create a data analytics community practice, in which high quality content and roadmap is showcased. Find innovative ways to have strong engagement with our business & IT colleagues.

• Master visualization tool like PowerBI, to have interactive data content.


About you

About You

We are searching for a Bachelor or Master student in Communication, Media, or any other related field with a passion for Data and Analytics. We expect you to be pro-active, energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic & international environment. You are accurate-and results-oriented while being a self-starter who can work independently and still be a team-player. You prove to have great communications, presentation, story-telling skills and are not afraid to take responsibility. Being flexible is key!



There are also some compulsory requirements:


  • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start in November  for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;  

               *candidates that are available January or February 2022 are also welcome to apply

  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
  • You are able to work from Hoofddorp, NL if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
  • Please note that you are expected to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 ( WO University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.


* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
