We have an amazing opportunity to work as an Inventory Analyst either in Broomfield, Colorado or REMOTELY.


• Create and maintain key performance indicators to measure transactional integration (idoc failures) & inventory integrity for Finished Goods (Daily stock picture comparisons).  Note - this role is not transactional based.  Manual entry of transactions is the last resort. Only occurs if idocs can not be resolved.  Transactional entries represent less than 2% of overall scope of Inventory Analyst role
• Create and maintain key performance indicators to measure Logistics OS&D
• Initiate and manage efforts with plant, DC, Customer Financial Services(CFS), Customer Solutions and Planning personnel to improve KPIs
• Create and implement new processes and technology where necessary to improve performance and accuracy of system integration
• Ability to quickly analyze and benchmark information against other locations
• Identify process optimization opportunities and collaborate with functional areas to lead/implement initiatives that drove process optimization and productivity
• All internal system reconciliations, particularly between SAP, Guardian and Warehouse Management Systems to meet or exceed Internal Control expectations
• Manage IDOC issues to ensure integrity and timely flow of transactional data as well as systematic processing.
• Forward-looking improvement possibilities, constantly reviewing learning’s and initiating improvement steps to make inventory control more accurate and more efficient.
• Ensure inventory consistency (quantity, location, status) between SAP, Guardian and WMS systems thru a systematic stock comparison process considered best in class with Groupe  Danone.  Performed at a minimum 3 times/week
• Identify process failures and/or gaps leading to IDOC errors or inventory inconsistencies
• Review location inventory for inconsistencies; find root cause and correct
• Communicate inventory issues and findings to appropriate owners and initiate actions to ensure future improvement
• Initiate and manage OS&D inventory process, ensuring credits are entered timely with proper justification.  Maintain High Radius for CIT transaction code

About you

• You will have Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
• You hae Work experience in a supply chain environment utilizing SAP and WMS integration
• You have Experience using data, especially business KPIs, to illustrate business problems and solutions. Microstrategy experience a plus
• You have the Desire to become more technically proficient in supply chain information systems and Order To Cash processes
• You have the ability to evaluate problems and solutions, and to make recommendations, which influence change and process improvement.
• You have proven communication and decision-making skills.
• You have a professional demeanor.
• You are self-directed yet able to work well in a team environment.
