About the job



The role of IT Service Delivery Manager is essential to supporting our Danoners working both within our offices and manufacturing sites as well as our field-based teams. You will deliver exceptional IT support to over 700 users across Australia and New Zealand as well as contributing to the wider IT strategy throughout the year through various projects. 


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) : 


  • Together with our external partner, deliver IT support services to over 700 Danoners across ANZ, using Service Now ticketing system
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved service requests
  • Measure service quality against company SLA's as well as user happiness 
  • Management of service-related communications to the business, providing regular updates on company wide IT applications and usage and deployment of new technology
  • Oversee the annual refresh of user equipment such as laptops, mobile phones and tablets to name a few 
  • Adhere to all IT processes and internal control requirements including IT inductions for new starters as well as offboarding for people leaving the business

About you



A natural problem solver who possesses the ability to work with a number of competing priorities at one time, you will have demonstrable experience working within a corporate IT environment preferably within a help desk team leader capacity. 


Ideally you will have: 


  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within an IT Team leader of Supervisor position 
  • Demonstrable customer service experience 
  • Qualification in IT or Computer Science is highly regarded 
  • Previous experience working with Service Now 
  • A natural passion and curiosity for technology
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be solutions focussed to provide exceptional service to end users
