Then the role of Profit Revenue Growth Manager at our office in Stockholm is the opportunity you are looking for!

As Profit Revenue Growth Manager you will have both national and international exposure. You will be responsible for the Swedish market and co-operate with the Profit Revenue Growth Team based across the region.
You will provide advice and underlying support on long-term growth objectives to the leadership team, and quantify and translate these into actionable recommendations. To ensure execution of agreed upon strategy by the leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments. 

You will functionally belong to the Swedish Shopper Marketing organization. You will collaborate extensively inside the department and outside of it with for example Sales and Finance.

Among others, your responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending pack-size and portfolio architecture based on competitive set-up analysis and profitability levels for current portfolio and for innovations development
  • Assure proper input for price change impacts on the business (volumes, mitigation investments, customer clashes, timings, etc.)
  • Managing price change implementation
  • Defining customer price and recommending consumer price
  • Analyze and evaluate profitability of our promotions with the objective to optimize our promotion and campaign plans
  • Create Promo Guidelines to optimize promo spend across brands and customers, and work with Sales Department to ensure these are implemented
  • Defining trade terms guidelines in line with corporate general guidelines and legal requirements
  • Defining investment levels behind counterparts and pay for performance rules
  • Leading trade terms strategic negotiations planning and implementation process 

About you

In order to suceed in the role, we believe that you have: 

  • A University Degree in Business, Finance or similar
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience in an international environment from a role in Sales, Category Management, Strategy, Finance or similar - it is highly meritorious if this experience is from FMCG industry
  • Understanding of cost structure (brands, formats) and levers to drive profitability
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A plus is if you have experience from working with external data sources such as Nielsen, Gfk and customer loyalty data (for ex Ica Self-Serve)
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • Good understanding of business and long-term planning
  • Informal or formal management experience is a merit
  • You like to work in teams and are appreciated for contributing with expertise knowledge to the team efforts
  • A plus is if you have good understanding of products and distribution channels, knowledge regarding market (all FMCG), shoppers, customers, competitors and positioning against competition
