The Q&FS Transformation Manager is responsible for coordinating the transformational changes in the Q&FS division to ensure a smooth transition of all tasks to the new organization and merging of the different categories (Waters/SN/ALPRO/EDP).  

He/she is also the main SPOC for Quality & Food Safety for the Themis implementation and implementation of other possible tools and systems. 


Key duties: 


  • Managing internal change processes 
  • Defining and implementing the transformation roadmap including risk assessment to consolidate all categories 
  • Define training roadmap 
  • Define way of working for reporting of KPI‘s and dashboard set-up 
  • Define way of working with commons (eg. 3PM, Warehousing, Design process, …) 
  • Ensure business continuity 
    THEMIS & Tools 
  • Designing in collaboration with the Themis Leader, Sr Brand Quality Manager and Head of Q&FS future WOW  
  • Testing and adapting the system functionalities to assure all Q&FS requirements are met  
  • Implementation of other tools  

About you

About You

  • You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Procurement, Operations, R&I or another relevant subject.
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in an Operations / Procurement related role (Procurement, Buying, Purchasing, Tendering)
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch and French
  • Travel (supplier visits, plant visits, Central team visits)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Have good people skills and be communicative & stress resilient (Persuasion & Influencing, Result drive, building & maintaining relations, analytical capabilities, communication skills, Planning & Organisation, integrity)
