About the job

  • As the Sales Support Coordinator, you are the connection point between the Customer, Customer Service and Sales/Solutions. 

  • You are reporting into the Key Account Supply–RTM and will work closely with the Commercial teams, Marketing, Activity, Planning, Logistics and Customer Service. 
  • You will be supporting the new customer onboarding process by reviewing customer contracts and delivery agreements. 
  • You will be supporting the Innovations/Renovations process by informing your operational customer contacts of new launches and by closely monitoring the launches to assure timely implementation and to avoid to a minimum potential write offs 
  • You will have a similar supporting role for Promo Campaigns (informing operational customer contacts of launch timings / closely following up the launch execution / communicating promotional volumes / coordinating promotional display & re-packing activities between Supply/Logistics and KAM/Sales Assistant) 
  • You will assist in Operational Customer Meetings and provide support in solving structural issues (e.g. Service Level Issues) 
  • You will support the KA Supply–RTM and the Commercial team with customer profitability analysis 
  • You will support the KA Supply-RTM with Clearance management, in close collaboration with Supply/Logistics 
  • You will support the KA Supply-RTM, the Commercial team & the Finance team with providing input for the weekly/month Trend 
  • You will support the CS team with CSL reporting activities 
  • You will participate in weekly / bi-weekly internal connection meetings with the Commercial team

About you


  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration or similar through work experience 
  • Besides that you have 4-5 years of experience within Customer Service/Logistics/Sales 
  • You are fluent in Dutch & French, with a good level of English 
  • You have extensive digital skills  
  • You have a very good SAP SD & Microsoft Office Knowledge 
  • You have a structured way of working 
  • You are pragmatic / hands-on with an analytical & process driven mindset 
  • You have outstanding communication skills 
  • You know the fundamentals on SC, Finance  & Sales 
  • You are a team player with customer oriented problem solving skills 
  • Ideally you have an understanding of the food retail, medical wholesaler, hospital or pharmacy environment
