The newly formed Enterprise Strategy & Transformation function plays a crucial role in defining and executing Danone North America’s long-term growth agenda. As part of a Strategy & Business Planning team, the Associate Manager of Strategy and Business Planning will support the development and implementation of the enterprise planning calendar and end-to-end strategic  initiatives.  She/he will conduct strategic analyses, support initiatives and develop actionable solutions at for the Danone North America business (i.e., US and Canada).  The Strategy & Business Planning Assocciate Manager will work on a wide-breadth of enterprise projects, as well as collaborate with individual brand and functional teams, and the extended strategy team across Danone. She/he will have frequent exposure to senior management and be responsible for leading high-impact projects and partnering with senior-level clients.  Excited to solve high impact problems and develop actionable solutions for the most challenging issues facing the company? In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Strategy Development
    • Work with senior executives and the Strategy & Transformation team to identify, evaluate and propose solutions to emerging consumer and industry trends, competitive threats and internal business performance improvement opportunities
    • Assist with key strategic projects, including fact-based analysis, critical problem solving, financial model development and scenario planning
  • Inorganic growth
    • Provide support to Noram M&A strategy, assisting with the active management of the target pipeline in partnership with global M&A team
    • Partner with the Danone Manifesto Ventures team to identify long term strategy priorities and evaluate investment strategies
    • Support end-to end due diligence of potential acquisitions- including strategy alignment, business model development, stakeholder alignment, transaction documentation and cross-functional leadership
  • Enterprise Business Planning
    • Support the cross-enterprise business planning calendar definition, driving continual improvement and increasing cross-functional collaboration and alignment to enable improved execution across a complex business environment
    • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to set the corporate strategic road map through supporting the three-year strategic planning and annual planning processes, integrating all functional areas to define a single agenda
  • Leadership support
    • Answer key questions, support data requests and provide presentation support to the NA Leadership team, Global Strategy team, Investor Relations team, and other corporate functions




    About you

    About you:


    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related industry
    • You have 2-4 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, in an internal strategy team or other relevant CPG industry experience.
    • You have a robust analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) and ability to synthesize analysis to drive operational recommendations
    • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with an ability to think across a broad system, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, with ability to tailor to various audiences and a strong bias for action
    • A demonstrated track record of strong workstream management and delivery
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously- impeccable time management, organizational and prioritization skills

    The base compensation range for this position is 80-95K.
