About the job

In Danone Japan, Talent Acquisition and Learning functions are combined into one role. Your mission will be to,

  • Assist in creating Learning Programs based on the needs of Danone Japan population
  • Provide overview of trainings/Learnings available to Danone Japan population
  • Be the bridge between service/vendor companies and business needs
  • Assist in securing the right talent, by applying our internal Leadership competencies to our hiring processes
  • Assist in scheduling new comer inductions and maintaining all related records

About you

Learning

  • Assist in administration for Learning/training topics
  • Create and maintain learning/training records on our internal systems (English and Japanese)
  • Arrange and schedule learning/training sessions in a timely manner, and ensure all administrative matters are completed timely
  • Communicate with Danoners on all enquiries related to Learning
  • Communicate with vendors to improve service level and work on improving current Learning offerings

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Communicate and manage internal teams and external vendors as required
  • Maintain TA records via our internal systems to ensure data integrity
  • Make direct contact with applicants for all openings
  • Administer the recruitment process, from scouting, offer, and onboarding, while maintaining close communications with all internal teams
  • Ensure timely sharing of information to HR team, and other internal teams and external contacts

About us

  • General Bachelor’s degree and above
  • 3-5 years of strong experience in a Talent acquisition or learning role, with either industry or agency experiences
  • Near native level Japanese language and some level English language required
  • Leadership and confidence in execution of TA and Learning activities- especially in managing multifunctional team.
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships
  • Problem solving mindset to drive solutions
  • Thorough follow through with task/time management
