As Talent Manager your role is to find the most amazing talent for the vacancies of Danone in the Netherlands, either from the external labor market or from within Danone nationally and/or globally. Your key mission is to engage the targeted talent population and deliver a state-of-the-art candidate experience in order to successfully close the vacancies assigned to you.



As an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager you know how to get solid understanding of the business requirements for each of the roles and how to build meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Your key objective is to acquire, select and retain the best talent for our businesses, while staying close to the Danone values of HOPE and CODES focus as set by the company. You know how and where to attract the best Talent and have the ability to influence stakeholders in order to secure the best candidates for the role.


You will report into the Head of Talent and will closely cooperate with the other Talent Managers in the Netherlands, our back-office, Talent Scouts and Employer Branding team.


Your key responsibilities are:

  • Manage autonomously end to end Recruitment processes from job intake until job offer (Staff & Supervisor + Manager level vacancies)
  • Actively source candidates, assessing fit and influencing through written and verbal communication
  • Building successful search strategies to ensure the role is filled with the best possible candidate and within the shortest period of time
  • Build Talent Pipelines internally and externally for key positions within your scope
  • Analyzing and communicating search risks and issues and adjusting search plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct high quality job interviews following the STAR methodology
  • Ensuring hiring decisions are made based on objective hiring criteria and following the official recruitment process in place
  • Championing an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners
  • Collaborating effectively across the organization to establish strong relationships across stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on key industry recruitment trends and best practices in order to continuously improve ways of working


About you


For this role, you need a relevant bachelor or master degree combined with at least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition within an international and fast changing environment. You are able to manage various types and levels of stakeholders and feel comfortable to navigate through ambiguity. You are resilient with a high level of emotional agility and flexibility. You are able to build partnerships within the HR community and with business leaders so that you can influence decisions beyond your role, and beyond Talent Acquisition.

You are technically savvy and will be able to use LinkedIn Pipeline Builder, Avature and other tools we use in the best possible way. You understand that data and data analysis are key to define a solid action plan and will ensure dashboard reporting will be accurate and up to date at any time.
