About the job
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE |
Lead and manage Shopper Activation team, having the responsibility for whole in-store activation activities such as POSM (in-store tools) and customer specific campaign. On top of that, he/she is expected to maximize in-store visibility and consumer purchase intention with strong ownership as well as leadership. Shopper activation team is aiming at developing the best activation plan with cross functional teams based on each objective (e.g. to maximize new product launched impact, to build the relationship with a customer or to get additional in-store space, etc.) and lead these projects. |
