Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Associate Digital Manager (ADM) (maternity Leave Replacement, 14-16 months contract position) is an analytical and creative individual whose digital efforts complement our traditional marketing efforts through project management, tactical execution and analytical reporting. The ADM has experience in multiple digital marketing channels including web, SEO, mobile, email, apps, social, and promotions. Working closely with a brand channel strategy team, this position also contributes to Marketing aspects including content development, graphic design, social media, trade shows and more.
Travel requirements: Domestic (10%-15%)

Essential Functions:
• Influence the development of all the Therapeutic Area’s (TA) digital strategy and ambitions through strong project management, understanding and ability to execute on decided tactics
• Implement integrated, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns for both health care professionals and consumer target audiences, supporting key online activation
• Lead and support digital projects in coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. marketing, medical affairs, sales, IT/IS, customer service, digital agencies, etc.)
• Continuously test digital products to improve customer engagement, drive growth and acquisition
• Champion best practices with key stakeholders ensuring vested interest in the success of marketing campaigns
• Manage and execute day-to-day brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, including posting diversified content and developing strategies to improve user engagement and drive action across all appropriate major social platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, the Company's Blog, etc.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Two plus (2+) years of experience in writing marketing copy, digital marketing and managing social media campaigns, utilizing content management and reporting tools across digital channels
• Knowledge of social media calendar and monitoring tools a plus
• Proficiency in Google Analytics tools a plus
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of social listening tools, SEO, SEM, a plus
• Familiarity of CMS tools such as WordPress
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Good project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
• Ability to develop, measure, analyze and report on key performance indicators
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Must be bilingual English and French
