The incumbent will be a ember of Danone Global DBS group, specializing as a dedicated MDM resource. Responsible for validating Tier Two bank data, confirming sensitive data, and maintaining Bank Key master data.

• Collaborates with bank certification tool providers, vendors, data owners, master data teams, treasury, and procure-to-pay functions to ensure high quality and security of vendor and intercompany bank data.
• Ensure validation by bank certification tool providers in accordance with the agreed SLA
• Verify that all sensitive vendor and intercompany data aligns with provided documentation, and resolve any discrepancies with the Master Data team or requestor.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and quality of bank keys master data.
• As part of the Global Finance Master Data team, oversee all requests to ensure data is created and maintained with high quality, following established rules, guidelines, and work instructions.
• Monitor status of Vendor Bank data validation in Orsoft (MDM tool) and take action when required.
• Liaise with Master data teams and internal requestors to facilitate cooperation with bank certification tool provider and collection of missing data.
• Perform Tier Two bank data validation. Ensure the assessment quality and lead time are compliant with the agreed SLA. Maintain and monitor SLA with the service provider.
• Process requests for creation and update of Bank Key data in line with internal rules and standards.
• Cooperate with Intercompany team on validation of Intercompany payment method and bank details (if required).

• University Degree or proven track record in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Data Management or similar area
• 2-3 years of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Customer Service or Master data management
• Hands-on experience with big ERP systems, like SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA).
• Experience with MD workflow and data management tools (Tibco, Orsoft, ServiceNow) is a plus
• Good usage of Microsoft office package (focus on Excel processing)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Japanese (at least JLPT N2) speaking will be a plus
• Ability to learn and develop in a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
