About the job

We’re looking for a strong brand champion with excellent commercial acumen. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of marketing initiatives as per the agreed strategy to drive growth in the Aptamil portfolio in the infant milk category in ANZ. 


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing key internal and external functions according to timelines, and progression through the innovation gate process.
  • Managing pipeline development by using your in-depth understanding of consumer and healthcare nutrition insights.
  • Identify, develop and validate innovation pipeline in partnership with various cross-functional teams.
  • Develop brand strategies based on consumer insights, observations and commercial performance. 
  • Getting the best from your Agency Partners – Develop integrated communication plans and leading multiple agencies
  • ATL/BTL execution with strong digital focus. Actively work with digital team in ongoing development and optimisation of total customer journey

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience, contributing or leading the marketing strategy for a brand or product. You will thrive when collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and possess the ability “think big” whilst managing the day-to-day activities for the brand. 


Ideally you will have: 
• Minimum 4+ years in FMCG consumer marketing. 
• Tertiary Qualified – preferably in Marketing or Business.
• Exposure to brand planning and innovation.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Strong commercial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to understand key profit & loss and brand health/market measures.
