About the Job

You will be part of the Danone Business Services (DBS) Finance team for the Benelux. Co-piloting and supporting our day-to-day business controlling activities and projects. In addition, you will be partly responsible for all the month end closing processes, rolling forecast, budget preparation, reporting in magnitude and stakeholders’ management across 18 business units.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze data in systems (SAP, Magnitude) and processes for continuous improvement purposes.
• Extract / analyze financial data and create value added management report for DBS Benelux leadership team.
• Co-manage all DBS stream leads budget by tracking monthly spend vs. last year/budget/rolling forecast and providing monthly performance deck to stream leads for insight on their teams spend.
• Co-pilot DBS BU’s stakeholders on scope changes and cross charges by effective communications.
• Analyze costs, PO management and FTE variances vs. last year and budget.
• Co-manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, analyzing performance and communicate results to DBS stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of DBS cross-charges to CBUs.
• DBS Cost centers management: creation and updates

About You
We are looking for a Bachelor/Master Professional in Finance, Business, Economics, or related backgrounds. Min. 3 years of experience in financial controlling department, preferably gained in Shared Services Environment. You have strong analytical and basic accounting skills, and a good knowledge of Excel and SAP. You excel at analyzing data in spreadsheets. You are a good communicator who can deal with different stakeholders, and you are able to work independently while still being a team player. Also, you have an eye for detail and are not afraid to proactively reach out to people when needed.

• You are fluent in English– oral and written
• You can start as soon as possible
• You can work in Rijswijk, the Netherlands
