Role Purpose:

Key Activities:
As a Category Executive you'll be responsible for building strong data integrity and category insights for the wider category team.
Insight Development
- Prepare accurate Category, Channel, Shopper, Customer data and analysis to develop shopper based “selling stories” for customers (including Range Reviews)
- Responsible for the Category Development Tools maintenance
- Monitoring market, category and competitor performance on specific projects & delivering cross-retailers expertise for the internal forums
Customer Management
- Supporting on the range review processes across certain customers & formats to grow distribution and share of shelf for Danone UK
- Analysing the results of range reviews (e.g. distribution changes, share of space, etc.) and the impact in the category (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.)
Other Projects
- There is scope in these roles to get involved in bespoke projects based on development needs of the individual & business growth opportunities

- Able to make sound decisions and solve problems
- Can work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Can prioritise and plan to overcome obstacles
- Able to build and manage core stakeholder relationships
- Able to manage a large data set and identify insights
- Able to identify category/ customer needs
- High level of attention to detail
Salary Bracket: £35k - £40k
