Role purpose and key responsibilities: 

Insight Development

• Prepare accurate Category, Channel, Shopper, Customer data and analysis to develop shopper based “selling stories” for customers (including Range Reviews)
• Responsible for the Category Development Tools maintenance
• Monitoring market, category and competitor performance on specific projects & delivering cross-retailers expertise for the internal forums

Customer Management

• Supporting on the range review processes across certain customers & formats to grow distribution and share of shelf for Danone UK
• Analysing the results of range reviews (e.g. distribution changes, share of space, etc.) and the impact in the category (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.
• There is scope in these roles to get involved in bespoke projects based on development needs of the individual & business growth opportunities

Key Activities:

• Develop and implement national business strategies aligned with the overall strategic plan set by your people manager.
• Identify and propose actions for business opportunities, influencing the health economy prescription map.
• Drive formulary and guideline discussions with key personnel, monitoring and reviewing business plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Scientific Affairs, Regional Business Managers, and key influencers to ensure positive outcomes.

Salary Bracket: £35k - £40k
