We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our global customer team. This CDI will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) in our Global Headquarters.

In this position, you will have the following mission :

  • Successfully negotiate CWT (International agreement with Carrefour) & EURECA (EU Buying group) contracts, preparing and running the negociation by category with countries respecting the IAF mandate 
  • Identify growth drivers for your scope & Implementing activation across all countries with the support of local sales teams
  • Animate a large Carrefour community to prepare the nego and deploy the agreements
  • Lead the Data program (Carrefour Links) deployment in all Carrefour countries & create a competitive advantage based on shopper data science


To thrive in this mission, you will main responsibilities will be as follows :  

  • Negotiation / Business Strategy / Strategic Vision :
    • you will be in charge of analyze data and identify the pocket of growth for your clients /channels & categories
    • Build the Joint Business Planning and Negotiation plan- for your customers.
    • Develop and implement negotiation strategy to customers globally and with each market
    • Be an active participant to the European Retailer Alliance Policy (ERAP) deployment in EU, and Build a commercial policy strategy for Eureca
  • Impact on Business Results :
    • Negotiate the best agreement at the lower cost Vs our mandate
    • Improve ROI on global customers investments
    • Identify white spaces to generate profitable growth
    • Mitigate N3 corridor exposure by leading the wholesaler’s recommendation at European leve
  • Process & Projects : you will be expected to be an active member of ERAP deployment in EU, and lead the shopper data strategy via Carrefour Links program
  • Managerial Complexity : as this position is highly exposed to Comex to Sales local team, you will be expected to navigate efficiently in a matricial environment, with multiplicity of internal & external stakeholders

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.


  • With an Master's degree in a related field, you have over 10 years of successful experience in sales positions, ideally in the FMCG markets, with a combination of local and global positions.  

  • Strong experience in negociation (preferably in retail/modern trade)

  • You have a strong ability to identify category growth spaces, and develop selling stories accordingly 

  • You have previous experience in channel strategy development 
  • Skilled with tech and Data 
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing skills    
  • Complete fluency in English and French will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team!
