Danone Global Research & Innovation Center has opened in 2023 its new R&I in Paris-Saclay.

The ambition of the center is to be attractive, open and connected to the local ecosystem, the R&I worldwide communities and specially the R&I center of Utrecht (Netherlands).

This flagship of R&I, aims the excellence in safety, food safety, working conditions and environmental impact. Site ‘’sensible’’, it also must warrant the best standards in security and cybersecurity.

In this context, we look for an Operational Technology Manager for the Direction of the center.

MISSION :

The Operational Technology Manager is responsible for ensuring the evolution of Operational Technology, its maintenance and knowledge sharing. Also, for implementing the OT projects on site that covers pilot line and lab assets. She/He is the main interface with IT & Data teams to promote Group standards and deploy recommendations. She/He will have to coordinate standards deployment in synergy with Utrecht R&I center.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support

• Plans preventive interventions & follow-up on corrective action plans looking for highest OT systems reliability.
• Ensures continuous availability of OT systems and proposes optimizations for better performance.
• Maintains OT systems (including Patching), deploys standard solutions and executes validated action plans.
• Contributes to the site documentation, audit reports & knowhow sharing, maintain the documentation related to OT systems.
• Coaches and trains the maintenance teams on OT systems capabilities and use.
• Be the main contact for the cybersecurity team, proactively reporting any incident and maintaining cybersecurity at the best level (patch management, remediation, alerts, etc.)

System evolutions

• Participates actively in different project phases according to the assignment.
• Ensures evolution & optimization of the whole site OT systems.
• Knows & implements the Group engineering standards & applies them to address technical requirements.
• Assesses and prepares digital readiness of the site (systems connectivity, utilities…).

IT/OT programs

• SPOC for IT/OT programs (cyber security, audit preparation, compliance plan, budget preparation).
• Formalizes, validate documents, shares best practices.
• Develops IT/OT network (within project scope, R&I & central engineering organizations, C&P organizations…).

Project Management

• Leads or coordinates all the projects linked to the OT site.
• Prepares the budget requests and submits them.
• Manages suppliers during project definition and implementation / support.
• Supports digital projects when needed.
