About the job

As Change Manager for Product Lifecycle Management (Cybele Program) you will co-lead the Change Stream to make the ONE Product Lifecycle Management transformation happen. You will lead the development and deployment of the change management, end-user training and communication plans to effectively pilot and deploy the program and accelerate adoption of new WOWs, system & analytics, and behaviors by cross-functional process end-users across Danone.

 

In this role you will be directly reporting to Laure Burtin, Cybele Program Director, and dotted line to Mihaela Gogan, OD R&I and QFS Director as Cybele Program Leader.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Change Management

  • Develop and implement Cybele transformation program change management strategy and plan
  • Define the micro impact of the transformation under Cybele scope for the 2 pilots and deployment roll-out waves
  • Prepare Change in WOWs & behaviors leveraging macro change impact analysis
  • Lead change management initiatives to go faster and stronger on ONE System & WOW deployment and adoption

 

End-user Training

  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of training plan (job aids, training material, TTT, end user training sessions)

 

Engagement and Communication

  • Develop and implement Cybele program engagement and communications plan
  • Manage engagement and communication activities within Cybele Program, facilitating collaboration and co-building x-functional and global/local
  • Conduct engagement and communication surveys to measure impacts and identify gaps

 

Make Transformation Happen within pilot and deployment waves

  • Implement a change ambassadors’ network for pilots and deployment
  • Equip and animate Cybele Change deployment community on key aspects of Cybele program

 

Focus on pilots’ deployment (namely R&I Europe Innovation Centers with Rotselaar Plant and Specialized Nutrition R&I Utrecht with Fulda Supply Point)

  • Pilots’ and program workstreams impact assessment mapping by site
  • Facilitate & consolidate from-to and evaluate change complexity by impacted population group at site level
  • Define sites roadmap of prioritized change initiatives per impacted population/persona
  • Identify the pilot change ambassadors and train them to lead change in the pilots
  • Monitor readiness evolution & adjust adoption plans and measurements

About you

  • Proven track record in leading complex change management projects
  • Relevant demonstrated experience and business understanding of cross-functional complex processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and empathetically understand diverse team dynamics
  • High level of adaptability and pragmatism in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to influence positive change
  • Competent in risk management practices and methodologies
  • Resilient in the face of challenges
  • Familiar with project management tools like Jira or have the willingness to learn quickly
