The Chapter Leader Desktop, Hardware and Network Mgr specializes in forming and maintaining IT engineers, he/she has In-depth knowledge of servers and networks, data organization, and infrastructure strategy. He/She own the development of capabilities/skills of the engineers and are always looking to improve productivity for business and Squads.

About you

• Help engineers grow their skills and experience.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, infrastructure
architecture, and other Service management areas.
• The mindset of openness and willingness to try new ways of working and technologies
• End-to-end ownership mindset
• Working with Global Team for network standardization and target operating model
• Maintain empathy for the team by keeping awareness of engineering processes and practices.
o Networking and Network Security
o Infrastructure arquitecture
o Monitoring
• Generate and implement process improvements
• Hold regular 1:1s with all members of their team
• Give regular and transparent feedback about the individual's performance
• Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs
• Improve team members quality, security, and performance

 

Bachelor of science degree in computer science or similar
• 5+ years of infrastructure manager (servers, networks, security, L2/L3 service desk)
• 4+ years of infrastructure operating role. (network analyst, server analyst, L2/L3 service desk)
• Experience in a leadership role with current technical experience
• Advanced knowledge of sites/networks implementation
• Advanced knowledge of relevant operating systems and communication interfaces
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting tools
• Experience working with onshore and offshore vendor partners
