You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team of Nutricia Worldwide, where you will actively supporting Commercial team’s and 65 Business Partner’s across 45 countries by leading our business intelligence & performance monitoring initiatives as well as driving “Excellence in Execution” by supporting category management and in-store execution through capability building of our Business Partners across continents.

As Commercial Excellence Manager, your focus will be on:

1.Capability Building.

  • Own the rollout and refresh of Commercial Capability programs to the Field Force and Business Partners, such as Merchandising Training and Key Account Management.
  • Identify specific capability and execution gap trends to create customized training programs.
  • Drive continuous learning of the Field Force through collaboration with business partners, using internal and external partnerships.

2.Channels Development & Perfect Store Execution.

  • Provide the tools and process efficiencies to ensure a level of excellence in execution.
  • Follow up on cross-channel execution (Pharma, Retail, Convenience Retail, E-Pharmacy, etc.).
  • Support the development and implementation of channel strategy toolkits.
  • Drive Perfect Store Execution of commercial projects like PUMA (In-Store Execution) as well as the implementation of Sales Force Automation tools.

3.Nutricia Worldwide Commercial Team & Business Partners Management.

  • Organize commercial events, conventions, and the Business Partner of the Year contest.
  • Lead a center of excellence for sharing commercial best practices (animate and share).
  • Engage teams on promo/deal structure optimization.

4.Business Intelligence & Performance Monitoring.

  • Lead and manage performance monitoring for both Trade and Healthcare Channels to support fact-based decision-making across the organization.
  • Support the Demand Review process by sharing relevant information and insights.
  • Support the generation of accurate and action-oriented insights/dashboards by using the right analytics tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, among various tools and technologies.
  • Be responsible for generating market and competitor insights by organizing information and coordinating this information with internal and external stakeholder.

About you

You are energetic, proactive in reaching out to your colleagues for their input and/or help when necessary. Furthermore, you genuinely enjoy working with latest business technologies to support in driving business performance.  Lastly, you have a strong interest and curiosity in Commercial Excellence, are a fluent communicator and open to express ideas and your opinion.

There are also some compulsory technical requirements that you have to meet:

  • Minimum 3+ years of total experience in multiple sales-trade marketing-commercial excellence roles in FMCG and/or OTC Industries.
  • Experience of Business Partner (Distributor) Management
  • Strong technology orientation and analytical skills. Ability to design & develop dashboards & decision support systems (strong Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau /QlikView / Force.com)
  • Knowledge of IQVIA, AC Nielsen, Euro monitor & Industry data source
  • Actual on ground sales assignment experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English – oral and written (+ Spanish /Russian speaking is an advantage)
