About the job

Secure smooth and cost efficient goods delivery consisting of customer-related supply chain processes, from order taking to customer delivery including invoicing with relevant service level assurance.


(Position responsibilities are not limited to below. Based on business needs, it is changeable)

 Deliver perfect execution in the order management process (Order to Cash) and service performance, driving superior customer service level and customer satisfaction
 Own the unique customer interface for all the customer Supply Chain processes, such as order to cash (follow-up, quotas, invoicing, complaints) and account receivable, credit management
 Responsible for an overall effective distribution of finished goods to distribution centers, through monitoring, coordination and good communication with Logistics Service Providers, Customers, Supply Chain organization and stakeholders involved
 Lead order to delivery process with strong collaboration between the customer, distributor and Sales teams, ensuring cost targets are met
 Effectively manage the distribution and delivery network to ensure effective cost management, higher customer service level
 Close interaction with Sales and Demand planning teams to ensure business growth through clients/channels development
 Assure that quality, food safety and safety standards are respected
 Continuously optimize cost to serve, ensure product availability and manage customer service at requested level
 Drive the team to higher performance, developing members capabilities
 Develop Functional & Managerial skills of team members and set up their individual development plan



About you

Technical Skills and Experiences required :
 Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices with over 5 years experiences
 Commercial back office experience with frequent interaction with Sales team
 Above-the-average level of business literacy of business knowledge such as accounting, finance, marketing, sales, strategy
 Understanding of SAP (ERP) Processes and Supply Chain functionalities
 Deep understanding of various cost drivers within the Supply Chain
 Strong communication skills, written and verbal, within all levels of the organization
 Analytical thinking and People management experience, hands on approach
 Being able to combine operational functionality and strategic thinking
 Business level English skill
