DBS Global Controlling and Performance Manager

As a DBS Global Controlling and Performance Manager in Danone Group you will be monitoring and animation of cost control processes within Global Service Lines community and DBS Zones. In the range of your main stakeholders will be Controllers/Service excellence Geos and Zones, Service Lines leaders, DBS Global Controlling and Performance Lead.

In the range of your responsibility there will be also:

•  Ensuring accuracy of One DBS costs actual & under DBS Scope and functions;

• Analyzing costs and FTE variances for all functions on a quarterly basis (Vs RF and Vs LY) and animating performance for Global entities;

• Creating and monitoring guidelines for Rolling Forecast processes;

• Ensuring month end and reporting processes for Corporate DBS entities within the scope;

• Continuous improvements actions to develop more automated tools/improve cost reporting/improve forecasting processes (RBC tool, Fixed cost tool).

To succeed in that role we believe you need to have:

• At least few years of experience in similar role (in area of Financial Control);
• Openess for challenges and change;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Previous experience in work in international environment with high level stakeholders;
• Well developed understanding of business needs;
• Very well developed analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and MS Office ( Excel).
