Danone Service Delivery Center- Kuala Lumpur (SDC-KL) is seeking for DBS Zone Controlling, Performance and Project Director, based in Malaysia.

DBS Zone Controlling, Performance and Project Director is a champion the DBS Mission and Vision, cascading that vision through the organization. Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improved outcomes, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and stakeholders to deliver the objective. Lead and monitor DBS value creation process and results.

 

Main Responsibilities:
ONE DBS VISION:
- Design, drive and implement the Asia 1DBS vision so that it delivers major and complex change to meet goals and objectives
- Provide leadership of the Transformation Program which articulates a clear and compelling vision of change through the use of evidence-based business cases
- Provide leadership for the Transformation Program through an effective and robust program and project management culture through the Transformation Office.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Design, lead and consolidate the DBS IT enabler roadmap
- Set up project mandate, charter and milestones
- Facilitate and manage project implementation
- Animate and monitor Capex and resource allocation

 

PERFORMANCE:
- Design, lead and responsible of DBS SLA, RSLA and governance with customers. 
- Set and agree DBS KPIs target and process improvement plan with service lines.
- Monitor and animate the DBS KPIs result and detail analysis.
- Align, monitor and track delivery of value-added program with stakeholders.

 

CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Promote continuous improvement mindset and drive initiatives for efficiency/compliance and benchmark internally/externally.
- Promote and introduce new technology of simply and standardize processes aligning with global roadmap
- Facilitate and manage DBS documentation (Policy, SOP, WI)

 

COST TRACKING & ANIMATION:
- Lead and support rolling forecast of DBS business case and value creation
- Ensure accuracy of DBS costs actual & forecast for DBS Scope and functions
- Analyze costs and FTE variances for all service lines and animate performance with the DBS Lead.
- Create and monitor guidelines for #RF processes
- Implement and maintain relevant allocation keys for DBS costs per transfer price policy

 

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop individuals with the talent necessary to achieve competitive superiority, guide the leadership development process, ensuring ongoing succession for key positions

About you

Education: 
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent)

 

Experience:
- At least 10 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
- 5-8 years in global or regional service delivery center experience preferred 
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
- Good command in both speaking and written English
