As Trainee Demand Planner your key responsibilities are:

• Understands how sales trends, promotional activity and shipment patterns will affect demand and make appropriate adjustments to forecasts;
• Runs analyses on historical data, cleans history from different activities (sales, marketing etc);
• Updates 10+ monthly metrics by running various reports and updating Excel spreadsheets;
• Interacts with Supply planning department to perform root cause analyses;
• Distribute weekly reports to team members and highlighting issues that need to be addressed;
• Maintains Demand planning masterdata (new product, new customer) and cooperates closely on this with Supply and Master Data teams;
• Performs other job-related duties as requested by management;
• Takes part in weekly/monthly meetings with different stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply planning etc.

We are looking for a Trainee Demand Planner with the following profile:

• Strong analytical skills;
• Great communicator and relationship builder;
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines;
• Commitment to building high-quality solutions;
• High level of attention to details;
• Good team player;
• Comfortable learning and working with a variety of tools (SAP IBP, QlikView,  Power BI, Reporting and ad-hoc data retrieval tools);
• University degree;
• Excellent Excel skills, knowledge of SAP IBP is an advantage;
• English language, upper intermediate, both written and spoken.
