Role Purpose:

 

Build Danone’s internal capability in addressable media and audience activation with key media partners and ad tech providers. Plan campaigns and activate across relevant media channels to demonstrate the value of this approach by delivering above market average ROI targets.

 

  • Activate our audience strategy, planning campaigns and optimising performance of the target audience, creative assets and conversion goals.
  • Build an audience strategy considering a mix of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets.
  • Work with our media agency to develop addressable best practice including, campaign set-up, brand safety, audience, and creative excellence.
  • Engage key partners including: The Trade Desk, Google, Amazon and Dunnhumby to build plans and activate across brands and channels.
  • Enrich audience data and identify consumer insights through clean room analysis using a variety of tools and data set integrations including Liveramp.
  • Work with our media agency to build a test and learn roadmap for addressable with a focus on exploring more first-party audience opportunities and alternative cookie-less.
  • Work with our in-house creative studio to plan and activate campaigns leveraging DCO.
  • Measure and refine audience targeting to optimise campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize addressable campaigns across platforms to constantly improve performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with our internal Website, CRM and D-Com team to track and measure conversion.

About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

  • Knowledge of the targeted advertising space and the tech that surrounds it, e.g; CDPs, onboarding platforms (Liveramp), etc
  • Expertise in media activation tools, e.g; Google, Meta, Amazon
  • Technical aptitude and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organised and able to work in fast paced evolving context
  • Accountable & results driven with good stakeholder management at all levels .
  • Collaborative with good cross-functional and cross-agency leadership

 

Salary Bracket: £50,000 - £55,000.
