Direct Procurement Specialist

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Direct Procurement Specialist" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

As Direct Procurement Specialist, you will play an important role in managing supplier relationship inline with local & global business strategies. In the context of your job, you will report to Direct Procurement Manager in Procurement Department.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Support 3 Danone CBU (EDP&SN&Waters) and 6 factories in common goals for direct spends
• Responsible from direct purchasing of Ingredients,
• Making short or long-term tenders with the suppliers
• Develop&Execute procurement strategies with the alignment of global procurement functions
• Follow up and control all the procurement activities within procedures & policies
• Identification of potential suppliers for proposals
• Supplier Contracts Tracking and SAP reporting
• Master data workflow usage
• Support key compliance metrics

To  be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputable university
• Preferably knowledge of procurement, especially for ingredients and market trends
• Strong SAP background.
• Attentive to details, analytical thinking capabilities and result-driven
• Open minded and enthusiastic to learn new skills
• Good with Microsoft Office application knowledge
• FMCG experience is plus
• Fluent in English
