Be responsible from the following requirements:

 

  • To unlock category and brand opportunities, through insights and foresights and be a strategic partner to multiple stakeholders through delivering adhoc and tracking researches using wide variety of methods:
    • Design research projects to the highest standards of excellence
    • Provide actionable/business-focused recommendations
  • To design, plan and execute ad-hoc consumer, medical and shopper studies (U&A, Tracking studies, copy testing, concept testing, etc.)
  • To provide insightful input/directions into Consumer, Medical and Trade projects through an in-depth understanding of the Market and Consumer /Medical /Shopper dynamics
  • To be a trusted partner to the local Marketing Teams and within the international S&I Community.
  • To work in a cooperative manner with our local and global research partners/agencies.
  • To manage resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects
  • Engage and inspire the local and global S&I community

 

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in preferably FMCG (or Pharmacy) in large multi-national companies
  • Ideally with both agency-side and client-side experience, international experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with the overall business environment and cross-functional dynamics (R&D, Finance, Operations, Strategy) of multi-national companies
  • Capable of conducting holistic/ comprehensive analysis to answer business questions by leveraging various market research methodologies, insight approaches, trends in industry, neuro techniques, and consumer co-creation
  • Ability to translate trends, consumer & market data into actionable insight connecting the dots
  • Ability to show critical thinking, ask power questions and challenge constructively to bring clarity to the organization on critical business challenges
  • Drive, can do attitude: ability to challenge the status quo and engage high level stakeholders
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • MS Office (Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication/presentation skills
  • Must be committed to work life balance through prioritization, communication and effectiveness/efficiency on the job
