We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Manager to join our North America (NORAM) Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will both manage and play a key role in enhancing our Performance Reporting and analysis processes and tools, through the business cycles of close and forecast. As a Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will accelerate our reporting capabilities by understanding the data environment and working with stakeholders to co-develop dashboards and reporting solutions. This role can be based out of Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY!

In this role, you will report to the Sr Manager FP&A and be responsible for:

• Act as an internal expert through Rolling Forecast (RF) and monthly close processes, consolidating growth equation and providing support to BU Finance teams.
• Own key P&L schedules reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Explore reporting process streamline opportunities.
• Maintain VMP (Volume, Mix & Price) model, while tracking exceptions management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support ad hoc analysis and presentation requirements.
• Continuously improve and optimize Power BI solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Act as Magnitude (Danone reporting system) expert and provide guidance across teams.

The base compensation range for this position is $95k-115k commensurate with experience. • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and 4+ years related experience, an MBA and/or CPA is a plus
• You have high attention to detail and tight deadlines during month/quarter/year-end
• You are action-oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving, Finance and Accounting skills
• You recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
• You have excellent interpersonal skills & are a team player
• You have excellent Microsoft Office Skills
