Front & Back Office Team Leader

(Full-time, Location: Hungary, Budapest)

YOUR responsibilities as a Front & Back Office Team Leader will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage, lead and develop the Front & Back Office assistants and monitor team performance
  • Ensure smooth order intake, delivery closing, and customer claiming processes on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a healthy EDI process and return process.
  • Coordinate with 3PL in case of order intake issues via EDI.
  • Manage customer-specific EDI requests from initiation to completion.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in daily tasks.
  • Educate and support Front and Back Office Assistants in adopting a Customer Centricity mindset.
  • Implement process improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in daily customer order handling and back office processes.
  • Collaborate with partners and peers to represent the customer within the organization.

About you

We are looking for a Front & Back Office Team Leader with the following profile:

  • University degree in any related field
  • 1-2 years of team leader experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar area (Customer Service, Logistics)
  • Fluent Hungarian and English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solver mindset
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, SAP) is an advantage
  • Experience in managing customer-specific EDI requests is an advantage
