YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE

This internship will take place in Paris-Haussmann, in our superb Global HQ, as of January 2025. 
 You will report to the HR Digitalization Learning Team Lead and will be acting as PMO supporting exciting projects. 

On one side you’ll learn about our global digital learning eco system (all digital tools, LMS, LXP, LRS and authoring tools) and work closely with the global learning Academy and HR IT teams and local learning communities to support the campaigns, communication, training materials, change management. 

As the HR Digitalization Learning Project management Intern, you report to the Global digital learning manager and support the global activities of the Digital Learning ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving the end user awareness, adoption, engagement, and satisfaction of our digital learning platform :

  • 60% act as the PMO of the Campus X reboot project with global learning academy team, HR IT team and the learning community around the world. Provide support to plan the roadmap, identify dependencies, track progress & report successes with the support of team members. You will follow up throughout the full project management cycle, working with external suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders driving the change management agenda, engaging in different meetings, forums, supporting with analysis, research, etc.  
  • 30% User Support Serve as the main contact for end users, and the learning manager community providing support and escalating issues as needed. You will be the bridge to the learning management community and the HR IT team. You will also be the responsible for Communication Asset Creation where you will Create various communication materials and user guides to support the core process of working with the digital tools available. (videos, posts, emails, presentations). 
  • 10% Special Campaign Support: Coordinate special campaigns such as Danone global mandatory learning campaign, supporting the learning academy in Assignments, communication, and reporting on the LMS and the LRS.

  • You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2) 
  • Access to the company canteen and CE (“Comité d’Entreprise”) 
  • You will learn about HR digital systems, especially on learning (SuccessFactors – SAP, CSOD, EdCast etc.) 
  • You will learn about Change management & communication tools  
  • You will learning how to drive a global level project from start to end. 

About you

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone: 

  • Available from beginning of January 2025 for a duration of 6 months 
  • You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university or business school  
  • You have studied or worked in Human Resources, tech, or in Project management  
  • You demonstrate a passion for the fields of digital innovation, learning & Edtech, communications, and human resources. 
  • You are resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership of the tasks assigned to you.  
  • Fluent English is required (French or another language is a plus).   
  • Software: Intermediate to advance excel skills are needed
