You will join the team of Global Supply-chain Excellence which is dedicated to connect end-to-end Supply Chain and Sales (globally & locally) and co-create excellence standard process and tools, benchmarking external and internal inspiration, to upskill the supply chain community.
This CDI will take place in Rueil Malmaison (92.), in our French head office.
In this position, you will report to the Logistics Control Tower & Transport Excellence Director.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide Logistics Control Tower and Transportation KPI definitions and dashboards to encourage global / regional / local teams to carry out a successful performance management
- Co-lead global Logistics Core Group, Community sessions and Transport Excellence program
- Develop Direct Store Delivery Transportation Strategy
- Track Performance and support to Zones / CBUs and be part of their local productivity governance.
- Support Business Units in the scalable projects launch and deployment.
- Develop and implement Logipedia & Best Practice Digital Platform for a global community alignment and standardization in Logistics.
- Develop the transformation agenda for Transport Excellence and Logistics Control Tower Solutions
- Co-lead Logistics Decarbonization agenda
- Ensure guidance and visibility on latest transport management technologies and transport innovation.
- Support on the strategic assessment and design for Logistics Control Tower Projects
- Support Customer Experience agenda to trigger collaboration with Customers to optimize transportation cost and reduce CO2 emission.
- Provide continuously internal and external benchmarking capabilities for ambitious target settings.

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
You have a Master (or equivalent) in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering, with at least 8 years of successful professional experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics.
You are considered as an expert in new technologies in logistics areas and channels (traditional trade, omnichannel, e-commerce) to ensure guidance and visibility to all geographies. You have some knowledge in Control Tower Operating Models.
You have an end-to-end logistics vision & a strong stakeholders management.
You have a strong ability to work in ambiguous and greenfield environment.
You are a leader with managerial courage and strong experience with data governance.
You are an English-fluent speaker - additional language fluency would be welcome (French, Spanish,…).
